IntegriGlaze supplies and installs switchable smart glass, retrofit smart film and UV film in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through project correspondence.

When you contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the project information in your message, together with any drawings or schedules you choose to send.

We do not collect special category data and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a specification and quotation, deliver and install the works, and provide warranty and aftercare support afterwards.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests where we are responding to a business enquiry, and performance of a contract once an order is placed. Where we are required to retain records for tax or statutory purposes, the basis is legal obligation.

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties involved in delivering the work: manufacturers producing units to your schedule, carriers delivering them, and installers appointed to the project. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing by third parties.

Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for up to twenty-four months. Records relating to completed installations are retained for the duration of the warranty period and for as long as we are required to keep financial records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to erase or restrict its use, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@integriglaze.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We review this notice periodically and will publish any changes on this page.
