Survey
Site survey confirms opening sizes, frame details, cable routes and power positions before manufacture.
Manufacture
Units or film are produced to the approved schedule, with busbar positions and lead-outs set to suit the design.
Delivery
Protected delivery to programme, sequenced with the glazing or fit-out contractor as required.
Installation & commissioning
Our installers glaze or apply, terminate the drive, and commission the remote and any wall switch, sensor or app control supplied.
Handover & aftercare
O&M documentation, warranty registration and a named contact for ongoing maintenance and support.

Switching between the clear and private states takes approximately 100 milliseconds in either direction. There is no perceptible delay in use.
The film is private in its unpowered state, so the glass defaults to opaque when power is removed. Where a clear fail state is required, we can specify a small UPS on the drive circuit.
Power consumption is under 0.5 W/ft² (10 W/m²), drawn only while the glass is held clear. The driving voltage is 48–60 VAC ±5 V, and a dedicated supply is sized at approximately 6 W/m².
Yes. Retrofit smart film is applied to the inner face of existing glass in situ. It suits occupied buildings where replacing the glazing would be disruptive or uneconomic.
A remote control is included. A manual wall switch, motion sensor, app control and voice control are all available as options, confirmed for your project at specification stage.
Electronics and accessories carry one year, retrofit smart film two years, and laminated glass and sealed glass units five years. Life expectancy is more than ten years, depending on operating conditions, installation quality, switching frequency and maintenance.
